Process: Fully washed and dried in solar dryers to protect the coffee from rain

Process: Fully washed and dried on raised beds

The order process to shipping is generally 2-5 business days.  Ship to delivery is generally 1-5 business days after the order processing time. 

Expedited shipping is not available.

We ship via USPS for the following: 

1-12oz package - USPS 1st Class

2-8 packages via USPS Priority Mail (flat rate or regional)

9+ packages via UPS ground

We will occasionally use FEDEX.

Incorrect Product

If there has been an error on our part with your order, we will promptly replace it with the correct item at no additional cost and with expedited shipping.  You may keep the incorrect product; no return is necessary.

For damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged items and packaging so that we may resolve it quickly. 

For theft of product, once marked delivered, this is generally out of our control, but if you have concerns, please reach out to us and we will see how we can assist.
